Some of the columns are FOUNDING Columns. Founding Columns are ones that have appeared at some point in the original 24 issues. All other columns are new as of 2026. There are founding and NEW columns listed here 1UV MONTHLY Magazine is seeking Contributing Columnists to cover. Contributing Columnists are experts in the field covered by the column they are assigned on a contract basis. Not all columns appear in every issue. Columns may appear in a scheduled or sporadic manner. ALL columns are the property of 1UV Gallery Studio & MONTHLY Magazine. Guest Contributors and Contributing Columnists retain publishing rights to individual articles.

It is where the editor-in-chief dedicates the issue, addresses any redactions, and/or letters expressing comments, questions, or complaints from readership submitted for publication. Like founding column, LIMITED PALLET, this column is from a lacto-ovo vegetarian perspective. It focuses on the popular vegetarian option at California taquerias with a star rating system, written review, and photos.
